Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote safety awareness, accident prevention, team member involvement in environmental and safety programs
- Devise, supervise, and coordinate training programs
- Make recommendations on best safety practices
- Audits
- Compliance
- Will have 4 or 5 Direct Report including Nurse
Key Tasks:
- Safety Programs and Compliance
- EHS Training Programs
- EHS Strategy & Implementation Plan
- Accident Prevention
- Incident Analyses
- EHS Policies, Procedures, Processes
- Site Audits
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in EHS or Related Field
- 7+ years Safety Management experience
- OSHA Certified
- Experience working with Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA & EPCRA permits and reporting
- ISO-14001
- CSP Certification (Preferred)
