Engineering and Maintenance Manager

1. Equipment and Plant Maintenance and Reliability

• Design and implement a maintenance plan to support all production lines, ensuring that the equipment is dependable and operating properly.
  
• Develop the future strategy of equipment, plant, and reliability through manufacturing excellence.
  
• Establish maintenance systems geared toward autonomous and predictive maintenance
  
• Enhance employee skills to meet corporate needs.
  

2. Engineering

• Develop and plan engineering initiatives that will improve your capabilities to support the companys present and future business needs.
  
• Develop improvement projects for efficiency and safety that are in line with the Manufacturing Excellence and Cost Efficiency initiatives
  

3. Plant Facility

• High standards for safety, a good setup for safety, and a site safety team
  
• Ensuring that plant maintenance is in peak shape
  
• Visual factory, a comfortable workplace, and a canteen
  
• Ensuring government regulations, as well as safety and environmental standards.
  
• Ensuring continued capacity growth in manufacturing
  

4. Planning of all Preventive Maintenance operations, purchases, and spare part inventory

Requirements

• Holds a Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering in a related field
  
• Minimum 13 15 years of employment, with 6 8 years in a mid-management position with an MNC firm
  
• Managing subordinates and Area Leads within the department experience
  
• Demonstrated experience in large change projects
