Senior Maintenance Officer

o Direct and supervises the activities of assigned personnel in all departments. Performs supervisory duties and exercises financial authority at the level established by management for the position.

o Provides technical assistance, advice, recommendations, and work instructions to subordinates either personally or through a foreman to ensure that all maintenance functions are carried out efficiently.

o Provides overall supervision over the maintenance and installation activities in liaison with the users.

o Establishes a preventive maintenance program for all machinery equipment, apparatus, and structures within the company and ensures that regular checklists for the program, including temperature controls on all refrigerators, freezers, air conditioning, and equipment are carried out in the order it maintain the required standard of maintenance.
