Job Description
Virtual Networx is looking for Mainframe Tech Lead Fulltime Consultants for our client Located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid 2-3 days in a office).
Job Description
- The candidate will primarily need to be a mainframe tech lead with agile & transformation experience. Payments industry will be a plus.
- Good relevant experience in IT transformation or a large mainframe migration experience
- Experience in Cloud based migration project is a plus,
- Experience in Legacy system modernization
- Technically sound in Mainframe Technologies. Ability to get hands dirty when needed and oversee sprint grooming/planning, validate estimates for the program
- Agile Program Management experience.
- Attend daily scrum calls to understand any impediments and help team/s to resolve those in terms of requirements and design.
- Manage the CXO stakeholders, technology teams located in offshore
- Drive transformation programs to success, bring in the relevant risks on the table, and guide the teams by effective decision making.
- Knowledge of Mainframe Technologies is added plus.
