Job Description
- Deployment and Management of Confluent Kafka.
- Streams based application problem investigation
- Experience and hands on expertise in KSql , KStreams and Kafka connectors.
- In-depth knowledge on creating Kafka Streams
- Producer and Consumer application build and consultation
- Container Orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Container technologies (Docker)
- Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Concourse, Verracode)
- Service Monitoring and Graphing ( Prometheus + Grafana, Splunk)
- Source control management (GIT, SVN)
- Service mesh technology (ISTIO)
- Some exposure on Google Cloud Platform.
- Work exp in Confluent cloud
- Kafka security
- Performance monitoring and investigation
- Need to handle Disaster recovery scenarios
- Certificate updates
- Working with Google GKE
