As an Executive Finance (Contract) you will be working in our accounts team in order to execute daily tasks for efficient operation of the company. Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities of contact.
- Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business.
- Compile reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about an important issue for the business.
- Co-ordinate for SME IPO and the necessary requirements.
- Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary.
- Act as a positive representation of the business to the community.
- Liaise with auditors (external and Internal).
- Liaise with Bank for Documentation.
- Adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Performing transcription and conversion work.
- Proofreading documents upon request.
- Ensuring documentation integrity.
- Controlling access to documents.
- Labeling, sorting and categorizing documents for ease of use.
- Retrieving documents upon request.
- Removing documents that are obsolete.
- Willingness to work late hours /work in staggered working arrangement, in case the same is required.
- Should have a good basic accounting knowledge.
- Should be a strong team player and demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
Job Requirements:
- You are a graduate or master s in commerce with minimum relevant work experience of 3-4 years.
- You have good communication skills in English & local language.
- Should be good knowledge in MS Excel and Word.
- You are proactive & smart in your approach.
