Summary: The Senior Manager will be managing a portfolio of Pepper s PR / Communications accounts, provide strategic counsel to clients to aid their PR and wider marketing campaigns, build relationships with existing and new clients, as well as media. The candidate will also be responsible for managing a team effectively, share required media intelligence and ensuring the client mandates are handled effectively.
KRAs:
- Responsible for planning and implementing integrated marketing communications programs, covering PR, Social Media and Visual Communications
- Managing the client requirements and their accounts
- Ensuring all the mandates are met effectively, with a high level of output, adhering to the requirements
- Fulfilling the client s key performance indicators and growing accounts
- Keeping abreast of current and evolving PR trends and tools to develop more effective strategies
- Building client relationships and maintaining a network of media contacts including journalists and industry spokespeople
- Being involved in prospecting and pitching for new business and developing PR proposals
- Managing a high level of client interactions
- Managing and mentoring junior members of staff, leading the teams, ensuring all processes are met
- Promoting a healthy company culture and ensuring all the processes are effectively followed
Requirements
- Proven work experience of at least 8 - 10 years in a reputed public relations agency
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess impressive emotional intelligence and interpersonal expertise
- Have the ability to nurture talent while maintaining the company policies
