Must have : Requirement Gathering and Analysis, Business Requirement Specification, Technical Design, SQL for Data Mining , Agile
Good to have : TFS and business reporting
Specialized Skillset : Basic understanding of Payer - Managed Care workflows - Medicaid Enrollment, Claims Processing, Benefits & Utilization Management, Eligibility, Authorizations & Case or Disease management
