Job Description

We are looking for a Telemetry Support Analyst with German based in Barcelona. Telemetry remotely monitors liquid levels, pressure and other data on tanks and other equipment at customer installations.

Tasks

  • Ensure all the requests for installations (new installs/replacements) are dealt with and planned in accordance with the team availability. Deal with any urgent or last-minute requests as good as possible.
  • Ensure the EU LB telemetry installations are done accurately in collaboration with the technicians (EU Level).
  • Deal with all incoming emails in the team mailboxes in a timely manner.
  • Run daily reports to pick up on possible telemetry faults and ensure a fault is created for every faulty telemetry and assigned to the correct team.
  • Maintain and update the fault log with the feedback received from the different faults.
  • Organize telemetry training for new employees (Customer Service / Scheduling).

Requirements

  • Preferable technical degree/bachelor higher diploma (Spain: FP2), with experience in providing real time technical support for hardware and software.
  • Good understanding of Logistics Distribution Supply Chain and onsite equipment and process.
  • Ability to provide know how to solve technical problems and provide technical solutions for technicians.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis and manipulation skills. Ability to work in a structured and methodic way. High attention to detail.
  • IT Skills: MS Office. SQL, Access or Sharepoint knowledge is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and a high level of English and German. French or Spanish will be a plus.
