Marketing, Branding, and Communications Expert/Manager

As a Clinical Research Organization (CRO), we have been conducting clinical studies for pharmaceutical companies, biotechs and medical device manufacturers for over 30 years, with locations in Poland, Germany, and Switzerland.

We are a well-established company with superb client relationships; in the past, we have neglected marketing, branding, and communications a bit;

Therefore, we are now looking for a highly motivated member to give our company a new brand positioning and a lot more visibility with potential clients and partners. The role will combine hands-on crafting of marketing campaigns and conceptual development of our brand and communication strategy.

Tasks

You will be tasked with the development of a targeted B2B branding/marketing/communications strategy and its implementation, including preparing of:

- Digital marketing materials (website, company presentations,
brochures, etc.)

- High-quality content (White papers, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.),

- Targeted marketing campaigns (in coordination with our business development/sales team),

- Production of company merchandise (e.g., coffee mugs, Christmas bags),

- Preparation of client meetings.

Requirements

• You are a highly motivated creative mind with an eye for design and a relevant university degree;
• You have at least 5+ years of marketing experience in a relevant context;
• You organize yourself and work structurally and diligently;
• You can handle the relevant tools Photoshop, InDesign, Google Search Console, etc.;
• You like to communicate in English (B1/B2/C1/C2); German (B2 and up) is a big plus;
