JOB DESCRIPTION

The Treasury Management/Payment processing Technology team within the Enterprise Payments organization is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Lead. This BSA would support several applications within the Payables team, along with Receivables and Commercial Reporting teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leads assigned initiatives (small to large) and/or provides advanced technical and consultative support to other team members
• Facilitate group sessions to gather requirements with ability to ask relevant questions to drill into the details
• Involved with mapping sessions to take one file format and create new file format with same data
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of applications and stays current in technical enhancements, methodologies and trends related to the assigned application(s)
• Analyzes existing systems/procedures and identifies technical or procedural improvements
• Recommends business practices to optimize use of application systems
• Develops operational procedures for products, services and systems
• Designs processes to meet regulatory requirements
• Develops and generates special or Ad Hoc reports
• Provides technical and production support to business unit, customers, management and other users
• Serves as liaison between software vendors and business units, or between users and other corporate areas

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of business analyst or related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge and/or Experience in agile methodologies and ceremonies/rituals

• • Has written detailed functional requirements, Use Cases and/or User Stories with Acceptance Criteria

• Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion

• • Working with applications that interact with many other applications passing data to/from each other is preferred
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) is preferred

• Payables processing knowledge a plus, for example PEP+/ACH, and/or Receivables knowledge
• Experience writing database queries is preferred
• Hands on experience with the advanced functions within Excel spreadsheets
• Strong organization, written and oral communication skills
