Job Description Must have worked as an Individual Contributor Hands on experience in Payroll & Time Labour module Benefits implementation experience is an added advantage Must have loaded Payroll, Time & Labour Data Must be aware on the Integration Key aspects with modules such as Absence, T&L Good to know Fast Formula and having debugging skills (but not mandatory) Must be good to handle client Workshops, Unit Testing and creating Functional Design Documents Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set ups Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects Implement Security for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll, Time & Labour module Good to know BI, HCM Extract & OTBI reports
