Job Description
Briarcrest Veterinary Care Center in Tucson, AZ, established in 1978, is an AAHA certified small animal general practice. Conveniently located on the east side of Tucson with mountains in every direction, enjoy 350+ days of sunshine (little to no humidity), jaw-dropping sunsets, mountain biking/hiking, and only 6 hours to Sand and Surf (San Diego, Mexico, Ski Resorts or the Grand Canyon).
Our hospital is new and modern, built in 2008, and offers the latest technology in: Surgery & Anesthesia, Laser Surgery, Orthopedics, Endoscopy, Digital and Dental Radiology, Ultrasounds, Echocardiograms, Dental Care and Pain Management, Telemedicine, Therapeutic Laser and an extensive Clinical Laboratory and In Hospital Pharmacy.
Briarcrest is seeking an Associate Veterinarian committed to practicing high-quality veterinary medicine and surgery. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and client-oriented individual to join our multi-doctor practice. We have a collaborative team of clinicians and an established clientele that appreciate a thorough diagnostic and therapeutic approach. Orthopedic surgical skills desired but not required. New graduates are welcome with mentorship opportunities.
Please note, base salary is commensurate with experience. Practice under temporary permit is allowed while waiting for state license. No emergency or on call duties are required.
Requirements
Must be a licensed DVM (or have the ability to become licensed) in the state of Arizona.
