Project Manager

• Make sure everyone has committed to completing the project work on schedule and within the allotted budget.
  
• Liaisewith government agencies, clients/consultants, and subcontractors to ensure a projects seamless and well-planned implementation
  
• Organize the project team and provide support staff in lower positions accountability for carrying out various job duties.
  
• Adhering to regulatory agencies criteria by establisha secure and hygienic workplace.
  
• Engineering and procurement activities are being watched over and coordinated. To guarantee that the work is being completed in line with contractual requirements and the targeted project completion is met, conduct technical and contractual evaluations.
  
• Attend meetings with clients and consultants, conduct meetings with subcontractors, and discuss site safety.
  
• To ensure the most efficient job distribution, keep a constant eye on the subcontractors resources (labour, supplies, machines, and equipment).
  

Requirements

• Able to speak Mandarin fluently.
  
• Must hold a minimum of bachelors degree in engineering or a closely related subject, ideally mechanical or chemical engineering.
  
• At least 5 years of working experience in Project engineering
  
• The capacity to manage initiatives involving many disciplines.
  
• Outstanding planning, scheduling, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  
• Backs up and collaborates with coworkers
