Assemble, trouble shoot, install, testing, service, disassembly and repair of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and systems.
Serve as liaison between engineering, manufacturing and operations departments.
May pull parts from inventory to be used towards projects.
Performs daily assignments under intermittent supervision, receiving direction at beginning of tasks.
Available to be called out, with or without supervision.
Track work time and input data into applicable database systems.
Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Attend required training as deemed necessary by job duties; training, operations, safety, etc.
Learn and become conversant with company philosophies, policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Must have 2 - 5 years of experience and/or knowledge of assembly and/or oilfield equipment.
Valid Driver s License
Must have the ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
Must have basic to advanced mechanical skills, ability to bend/crimp tubing & hoses, and safety knowledge.
Experience in and knowledge of oilfield drilling and completion systems is a plus.
Must have the ability to read/use manuals, guidelines, drawings and specifications to perform job
duties & produce parts.
Follow and complete all documentation, as required, during the course of work being performed, i.e. routers, work orders, in-house inspection sheets.
