IT SAP Sr Specialist

Position Task and Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating the on-line implementation of SAP and DMS systems, as well as post-online operation and maintenance, optimization, and ensuring the normal operation of the system.
• Responsible for the promotion of the company's information system, such as software operation support, user access and authority management, system training promotion, etc., collect and solve related problems.
• Maintain close communication with group IT, and actively seek group resources to solve problems that cannot be solved.
• Responsible for the company's daily desktop support (including general office software, equipment and network troubleshooting).
• Responsible for sorting out relevant system documents (such as operation manuals, instructions for use), revising and other related work arranged by leaders.

Experiencie/Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major in computer related, more than 1 year working experience in system operation and maintenance.
• Have a certain understanding of SAP or DMS system.
• Strong learning ability, able to adapt to fast-paced work conditions and work efficiently.
