We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are in the process of opening their first childrens home. They have a vacancy for Deputy Manager in High Wycombe area. The service will support children with autism & learning difficulties. This is a 4-bed service for young people aged 7-16.

We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar role or a senior looking to make the next step up in their career.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:-

Experience working within a Children s service

Strong leadership

Management Skills

L3 qualification preferred

Full UK driving licence preferred

Live within 30 mins of service

Knowledge of Children s Homes (England) Regulations 2015

Knowledge of Children s Homes Quality Standards
