About the role
Mill Farm Sports Ventures is an ambitious company with an entrepreneurial spirit and huge plans for growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic development with a forward-thinking team.
Main duties
To lead and manage the day to day Food & Beverage operation of the site which includes but is not limited to Bradley s Sports Bar, Milano s, Churchill s Conference Centre, Sky Club, Aroma Caf , FSEC and the Matchday Kiosks.
The main focus will be to work across all the Profit Centers overseeing all the administration, purchasing and receival functions associated with purchase and control of stock on a day-to-day basis.
This includes all order processing, checking all deliveries, supplier liaison, EPOS management and controlling of the inventory on the site.
