BradCare are a Domiciliary Care company based in Swadlincote providing care to Services users in their own homes. We cover Swadlincote and the surrounding areas.
Pay 11.70 12.05 per hour depending on experience. 17.55 18.08 for Bank Holidays.
We are looking for kind caring professional and bubbly people to come and join our team!
For this position you MUST hold a Full UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle.
Shifts available 06.00 to 14.30 & 15.00 to 22.00 Monday Sunday You will be required to work every other weekend.

The Role:
Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
ist with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and grooming
Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
ist with meal planning and preparation
Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry and cleaning
Accompany clients to appointments and outings
Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behaviour
Maintain accurate and uptodate doentation of care provided

The Role: - Support care istants in the community & on induction. - Be a role model for new and existing staff, supporting with shadowing shifts. - Carry out risk essments/ reviews in Service users home. - Participate in on call duties. - Spot checks, informing office of any good/bad practices. - Medication trained. - Act and cope well under pressure and in emergency situations. - Good written and verbal communication is essential.
