At Vicoland, we give the gig economy a new dimension: Virtual Companies, in short: Vicos . These Vicos allow freelancers to team up and act as if they were a real company, competing successfully for interesting, large projects.
Our SaaS platform provides all the tech which enables the collaboration of Vicos and their clients, and a marketplace that matches them together.
Our Vicos are already transforming the professional services market - since our launch last year, they worked with several world-renowned clients and partners such as Netflix, AWS, SAP, Tupperware, BectonDickinson and Colliers. This already garnered some media attention - Forbes called Vicoland the "Startup of startups" and Forrester just listed us under the top 7 freelancer marketplaces.

Tasks
- Be the sparring partner for our C-Level in Product / Growth and work closely on strategic projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to unblock, unlock and drive change in a array of strategic projects
- Independently tackle a diverse set of problems, from research & execution of product initatives, seeking & setting up strategic partnerships, data analytics, recruiting & vetting of key talent, project management and more
- Create data driven recommendations by gathering, accessing, analyzing and synthesizing data sets
- Lead key strategic projects: You will be responsible for specifc Key Results of our company OKRs
Requirements
- Your key skills: Ability to learn fast & execute independently. You're not hesitant to explore unchartered lands and are able to think on your feet
- Best paired with analytical and creative thinking plus organizational and leadership skills.
- Successfully completed studies (Bachelor's or Master's)
- You gained experience in at least one of the following: fast growth startup, business operations role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking or private equity. If that's not your background - no problem as long as you can show us your ability to learn fast & work independently
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- You're fluent in English, German is a big plus
- You don't need to google SOW, T&M or RFX? Previous experience in enterprise-level B2B professional services is more than welcome.
