Junior IT Manager (f/m/d)

Our vision at Bring! Labs is to simplify daily shopping for people around the world. Our Bring! and Profital apps are used in millions of households to organize daily shopping, discover new delicious recipes and find the best local deals. We help our partners from FMCG and retail to reach out to their existing and future customers. We provide them with the most relevant advertising platform to showcase and promote their products at the right time: during the planning and execution of their household shopping.

Your job

In your role as Junior IT Manager you will work on our internal IT infrastructure and provide 1st level support. You will work closely with your colleagues and with our CTO. Your main responsibilities are:

• Work on new IT projects and take lead

• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems according to our security guidelines

• Place order and setup new hardware and endpoint security

• Maintain and manage Google Workspace Infrastructure (accounts, mail, calendar and many more)

• Go in lead for new VOIP communication solution

• Maintain network infrastructure in headquarter Zurich, office Basel and Berlin

• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment

• be the first point of contact for internal IT Support

Requirements

For this position we are looking for someone with strong organisational skills and good know-how in different fields of IT. You are the right fit if you have:

• First work experience in a role as a IT Specialist or other relevant position
• Apprenticeship or studies in IT
• Self-initiative and a hands-on mentality
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and network and tools
• trustworthy and reliable personality
• Available for on-site support
• Excellent communication ability in German and English
