Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of General Manager experience in a fast-casual or full-service environment—we are looking for entrepreneurial concept experience, someone who can think independently and on their feet
- Volume experience of at least 3M or higher
- Bar management experience
- Catering experience—delivery and events rather than full service
- Good tenure at prior jobs and consistent career progression
- Passionate about your people, yourrestaurant, and your industry
- Detailed orientated and driven to succeed with an ownership mentality
Restaurant General Manager Compensation:
- Competitive compensation in the $85,000 to $90,000 range, paid hourly including overtime
