Position Name:Acquisition Specialist – Technical Recruiter
Job Details:
- Currently we are looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter to join our Team in Japan.
- As an In-house Recruiter, you will have a significant role in our projects connected to Japan’s market Growth.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services for a variety of roles as per our Service Lines. You will perform full life cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, sourcing teams, and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop and execute candidate generation strategies using all available recruiting tools.
- Proactively develop pipeline including the design, build, and maintenance of a strong and diverse network of potential candidates.
- Collaborate with both internal stakeholders to create and deliver a comprehensive, compelling, and balanced offer.
- Develop an excellent relationship, while communicating proactively and consistently with hiring managers, candidates, and external vendors.
- Play the role of strategic advisor for the local management team.
- Grasp accurate market information (Talent availability and salary range) and reflect it into talent acquisition strategy and tactics.
- Support and implement talent acquisition strategies in local market.
- Search and propose new possible sourcing channels and new recruiting vendors to increase the efficiency of recruiting operations and reduce hiring costs.
Qualifications:
- Total of 7+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting in at least 3 entities. (Preferable: Global company, IT service provider, and entity with high-volume recruiting.)
- Total of 3+ years of recruiting experience in IT-related positions. Agency experience is an asset.
- Ability to implement targeted sourcing initiatives and generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
- Ability to follow directions while also maintaining independence and meeting deadlines.
- Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.)
- Proactive problem-solving and excellent negotiating skills coupled with a strong ability to handle objections effectively, skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
- Familiar with Japanese labor laws and business customs in Japan
