hnical, Business & Role Skills:

TIBCO BWCE, MFT, BESpotFire, TCM, APIM

Working knowledge of TIBCO BW6, TIBCO EMS, ADB Adaptors, SAP adaptors and Plugins

Hands on experience with TIBCO integration platform middleware technology to integrate ERP systems

Proficient with Pub-Sub messaging patterns

Service oriented designs and technologies (XML/JSON). REST and SOAP webservices a must

Good knowledge of XML, XSD, DTD, XSLT, XPATH, SOAP, Rest, JSON

API Management and microservices architectures desired

Should have experience in reusing common services framework, error logging and handling and automated monitoring framework

Excellent knowledge of all aspects of the software development lifecycle: design, functional and technical requirements, coding, debugging, testing, release, and operational support

Should be able to write test cases for the Integration components along with the Performance test cases

Excellent knowledge of agile software development methodologies, Service Oriented Architecture and object-oriented programming methodologies

Excellent knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

Excellent knowledge of relational database management system technologies and tools

Exceptional verbal, written and listening communication skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills and demeanor

Activities to Perform:

TIBCO Architect- Stride

• Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in EAI/SOA industry leading practices, development methodologies and standards including the following areas:
• Defining, designing, and implementing complex enterprise system integration solutions with industry standard technologies.
• Designing and implementing complex enterprise integration solutions with industry standard technologies including Oracle, Informatica iPaas, LDAP, Active Directory, and CRM applications.
• Configuring, deploying, and testing of enterprise software applications.
• Leveraging Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) design principles and best practices.
• Identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients, and developing an awareness of Firm services; and,
• Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner and delivering clear requests for information.
• Designing/configuring and the implementation/deployment of SOA architecture and fluency in web service standards such as WSSE and technologies (XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, REST);
• Designing and implementing at least one language (and willing to learn new ones) - Java, C#, Python, etc.;
• Demonstrating experience in Application Servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, and WebSphere; and,
• Requirements and Design of a robust enterprise class TIBCO Integration Framework .
