You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailFor our client, a 150 rooms hotel in Antwerp, we are looking for a Front Office Manager. The property is ideally located in the City and is part of a fast growing Investment Company with an amazing investment plan for its properties (Renovation + Rebranding).
The FOM will be involved in all aspects of the front desk operations and will be a key person of reference for employees and clients.
Position is open for candidate looking at their first appointment as FOM. Candidate will need to be hands and proactive.
The Mission:
Coordinate and manage Front Office department staff in coordination with supervisor.
Perform registrations as well as acceptance, processing and verification of reservations; also verify overbookings and available options.
Monitor the cost budget and revenue budget of the lodging
Implement and update internal quality management system.
Be co-responsible for internal coaching, cross-training and onboarding of new Front Office employees.
