Responsible for the formulation and execution of marketing and promotional strategies for the projects.
Conduct market research, feasibility studies, evaluate development trends, pricing and demand for industrial developments.
Organise roadshows, trade exhibitions and product launches
Work with creative agencies on producing promotional materials such as websites, brochures, flyers, virtual fly throughs and other social media channels
Oversee the sales and marketing division to ensure KPIs are achieved.
Co-ordinating with the credit admin/finance division in relation to sales, progress billing, collections and liaising with end financiers
Develop a database of potential clients and provide frequent updates and follow-ups.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Preferably at least 5 years relevant experience in marketing of industrial properties and commercial properties.
Independent, resourceful, quick learner with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledgeable about current market trends.
Incumbents are preferably multilingual in both English and Mandarin.
Fluent in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Words
