As our Head of Marketing, you play an important role in the company's success and work directly with our leadership team.

Tasks

• Responsible for defining and executing our marketing strategy
• Accelerate demand gen (high-quality content, website, landing pages)
• Refine paid search and social media campaigns
• Define/track KPIs and manage budgets
• Take our leading conference "OC3" to the next level
• Collaborate with our leadership & business development team to refine company positioning, messaging, value proposition and channels

Requirements

• Min. 5 year experience in B2B marketing / demand gen at a technology company
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
• Experience in content strategy, SEO, SEA, and skills in copywriting (especially English), as well as visual design
• Great leadership and communication skills (fluent in English, ideally also German), highly motivated and strong "can-do" attitude
• Strong interest in technology (ideally cybersecurity, cloud), and desire to thrive in a dynamic environment
• B.Sc., M.Sc. or MBA from a leading business school, top 10%
