Operate as point person and lead multiple, concurrent projects
Manage client expectations from project kickoff through post-launch, at various stakeholder levels, including executive-level stakeholders.
Facilitate communication among team members - internally and with the client - via frequent regular team meetings.
Properly track and document progress, outcomes, and deliverables consistently and reliably
Anticipate, forecast, and secure appropriate resources to meet timelines and other scope requirements.
Manage and report on project budgets to both clients and internal leadership.
Schedule, conduct, and document client and internal meetings including communication of action items.
Identify project risks early and mitigate them appropriately.
Organize, assign, and track project tasks using designated tools such as project planning, ticketing solutions, and Gantt through Jira.
Excellent analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate effectively with management, IT, and non-technical internal and external users.
Experience defining projects with business stakeholders and working with technical teams to define and execute against the project roadmap.
Experience performing resource allocation and managing project budgets.
Experience performing cross-functional capacity planning for projects.
Experience running projects using a hybrid Waterfall and Agile approach.
Experience with project management tools like Jira.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher at an accredited university
