Participate in constructability analysis, project design reviews, appraisal and risk & value identification. Participate in the development of Project Execution Plans, which should be leveraged to draw up effective contracts to communicate project requirements to the implementation teams. Oversee the assembly of project teams and professional consultants and manage their input through the construction process. Report construction status (schedule, cost, and quality) to project delivery, and ensure the continuing development of schedule master plans through the detailing of periodic work-plans and progress trackers.
