Job Description

Overall development, coordination, and successful implementation of the Backbone project
Ensure alignment of Backbone project execution plan with NEOM strategies and objectives
Lead the due diligence and due processes needed to validate the design and operating plan underpinning the entire Backbone system
Contribute to the development of the overarching strategies and specifications needed to procure the various components that form the Backbone system, including but not limited to the infrastructure, civil works, rail systems and rolling stock
