Job Description
- Leading and developing a strong Transformation Team
- Ensure strategic fit of the objectives of transformation with the business benefits
- Obtain commitment from stakeholders to the delivery of the benefits
- Monitor delivery of the objectives and benefits, taking appropriate action where necessary to ensure their successful delivery.
- Ensure that the Transformation Programme is subject to review at key decision points and at other points he necessary
- Oversee development of the programme and business case
- Make certain that any recommendations or concerns from reviews are met or addressed before progressing to the next stage
- Develop the programme organisation structure and logical plan
