Job Description
Note:
We are looking (via separate job posting) for a Customercare/Callcentre training manager (funded by CSR Fund or Grant). Only after the manager role is filled, we can start internship
- Training will be by a dedicated Manager
- Trained to be an associate in patient helpdesk facility
- This training is for 3 months post which a new batch is onboarded
- Each batch is of 3 interns (who will be provided Computers with internet facility)
- We had a need for about10-15 fresh graduates (Interns) that are looking to pursue their career in a voice process or a call centre. These interns will be trained free of cost by SSS grameen services www.sssgrameen.in.
- There is no charge to the interns. The trainer cost is to be funded by grant or CSR funding.
- Post training, the interns would be put on the job and are assessed on a weekly basis and are provided with additional support and training so that they gain expertise in voice process and are ready to take up the corporate job. During the period of internship, internship fee is paid depending on the funding received.
- What are we trying to achieve
It is a win-win situation for all stakeholders. The interns get required training and support needed for corporate readiness. SSSIHMS (yousee medical charity) gets additional support in terms of handling the call volumes.
Requirements
- Men & Women in any age group.
- Freshers or those wanting to move to a new career in voice call centre
- Conversational capability in English, Hindi helpful.
- Have access to a personal Mobile number
- Have knowledge in the use of computer applications (must be confident in use of Internet Browsing, Email and Word Document)
- Should not have any health conditions that could aggravate due to continual sitting and screen time for a 3 hour period.
- Committed to undergo training and follow the guidelines & feedback in the spirit of offering the best quality seva.
