Still, reading? Awesome. Let me introduce myself, hi my name is Remo. I m the co-founder of ProvenExpert. You will be working closely with me; therefore, I want to give you context on us, what the role is about and what we re looking for.

I and my colleagues are fighting for the little (wo)man the small business owners and one-(wo)man-bands who grind every day to master their craft. They want to focus on delivering outstanding work and getting more clients not sales and marketing. That s where we come in as ProvenExpert we provide a SaaS platform for small business owners to manage feedback and enable them to direct their online reputation.

As a working student (m/f/d), your support with daily tasks. You set up new workstations, and replace hardware and you are the contact for our team with questions about IT (e.g. error messages, calls for help via ticket system, e-mail and telephone).

Tasks

Where your expertise is needed

• You will help with account, tool and hardware setup for the company
• You are mainly responsible for inventory tracking of assets
• You will help with maintaining proper procedures of backup and restore processes
• Additionally, you will get into QA and/or DevOPs topics, according to time and interest
• Your working hours are flexible.
• You can work between 8 and 20 hours per week - as you like.

• You are studying at a university in/or near Berlin
• You have knowledge of standard tools, i.e.: O365
• You are a reliable team player
• You are proficient in verbal and written English
• You are interested in QA and/or DevOPs topics, knowledge is a plus
