IT Infrastructure Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

• As IT Infrastructure Manager (all genders) you are responsible for our heterogeneous IT infrastructure and server landscape (Microsoft, Mac OS, Juniper, WatchGuard)
• You primarily drive the planning and implementation of projects to further develop our IT environment (e.g. migration of on-premise solutions to the cloud)
• You are also open to support all employees in emerging IT challenges as part of the 1st and 2nd level support (remote and onsite support) if needed
• You help colleagues to help themselves and share your expertise by planning and delivering internal user training sessions
• You take care of the recording, documentation and maintenance of existing IT processes and drive optimizations as well as innovations in the daily business

Skills

• You already have relevant knowledge in IT Administration, ideally have initial experience in dealing with cloud solutions (Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Microsoft 365, Slack) or are keen to familiarize yourself with them
• You have already implemented your first projects independently and always strive for pragmatic and business-oriented solutions
• You are happy to assist your colleagues in all IT matters in English, ideally also in German, and proactively eliminate recurring sources of error
• You like to face technical challenges, you are a sparring partner in your team and are able to communicate in an understandable way even to non-experts
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a down-to-earth atmosphere and bring along a good sense of humor ;)
