Job Description
- Responsible for the daily sales of incoming leads for specific products of D&B
- Managing incoming calls, answering calls professionally, providing information about service offerings and handling inquiries from existing clients.
- Keeping a record with details of inquiries, requests, complaints, comments and following up with the people concerned to ensure that necessary action is taken.
- Referring requests to the concerned people/teams.
- Building professional relationships with existing customers.
- Providing accurate and complete information as and when required.
- Supporting with maintaining and updating the database.
