We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to help us grow!
Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic plan to make Teknorix the best company to work for in Goa.
- Define and monitor KPIs for the HR Department.
- Drive the recruitment campaigns.
- Oversee other HR Responsibilities
Requirements
- Masters degree in Human Resource Management or any Business related subject.
- Proven 3+ years experience in HR Manager position.
- Excellent Leadership and Interpersonal skill.
- Outstanding Time management skills.
- Strong analytical and organization skills.
- Understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, procedures and policies.
- Knowledge of Labour laws.
