• Have experience of using systematic way to attend all type of breakdowns and follow the same procedure on day to day activity, must able to read all circuit diagrams
  
• An engineering graduate in the specialization of Electrical /Electronics/Instrumentation
  

Requirements

Overall plant Maintenance; Monitoring and analysis for Break down , usage of maintenance tools for KPI tracking

Preventive, Predictive maintenance planning and adherence; Maintenance of,hydraulic & pneumatic press, PLC programming etc

Maintenance of Electrical and Utility system;

Modification of PLC Programming, repair and rectification; Fluent handling of Plc programming software s and HMI Software.(Make : Siemens, Delta, Schneider, Omron)

Daily activities: day energy readings, utility readings, update in hard as well soft copy. Active participation in preventive maintenance, predicative maintenance, planning with execution & adhere to in given time frame

Drive 5 s, Kaizen, monthly spares monitoring, update maintenance log book daily. Understand the given task clearly, act on it and same time give correct feedback to managers.

Use systematic way to attend all type of breakdowns and follow the same procedure on day to day activity, must able to read all circuit diagrams.

Pneumatics & hydraulic breakdowns & its circuitry & its maintenance, Maintenance of utility e.g. generator, compressor, Transformer, Cooling tower Boilers.

PLC programming & maintenance (Siemens, ABB, Schneider) VFD drives.
