Job Description

KO Business Solutions is a family-owned staffing agency that is proud to be working with an industry leading call center and outsource solutions centered around higher education tuition and loansas they seek to hire temporary Customer Service Representatives.


Pay rate:$18/hr

Position Type:Temporary, approximately 3 months, beginning November 14

Location:Coroapolis, PA (Moon Township)

Schedule:Full time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.Shifts will be 8 hours between the times of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST*
*The actual shift will be determined by the client and presented at the time of the offer.

Training schedule:Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm, approximately 2 - 3 weeks.

Start Date:11/14/22

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following:

  • Respond to inbound questions regarding loan servicing andFinancial Aid inquires from former and current students and parents. Make outbound calls with payment reminders.
  • Answer, investigate and/or initiate actions on customer inquiries efficiently, using all customer access channels. (Phone, web, chat, mail, fax, etc.)
  • Process refunds.
  • Ability to be cross-trained on multiple products.
  • Participate in training to improve skills and performance.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance standards for service quality, accuracy and volume - There are call center metrics that need to be met.
  • Adherence to schedules during call center hours: shift breaks, lunch schedule, etc.
  • All other duties assigned.


Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma, college degree preferred
  • One year of experience incustomer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
