(Consumer Products) Antenna Integration Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Antenna integration process includes antenna selection, antenna placement, and OTA test; antenna tuning and matching for embedded solution in customer devices
  
• Hands-on experience performing tuning, S-parameter measurements, and antenna patterns in the anechoic chamber
  
• Lab skills such as LPKF, 3D printing, and soldering
  
• TRP, TIS, and EIRP testing
  
• Writing reports in tabular and graphical formats
  
• Demonstrated ability to deliver on-time
  
• Self-motivation and reliability are a must
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
  
• Antenna theory
  
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on details
  
• Some knowledge or experience with 802.11 radios
  
• Knowledge of antennas, transmission line theory, matching circuits, active and passive RF circuit design
  
• Experience with EM simulation tools (CST or HFSS) is a plus
  
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  
• Wi-Fi industry knowledge
  
• Embedded operating system
  
• Systems, Applications, or Integration Engineering preferably with a focus on wireless products
  
• Antenna passive tests
