Creating end-to-end product opportunities by analyzing business and customer needs, operational processes, and implications with clear hypotheses, problem statements, research, and findings.
Work closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, Business, Marketing, and other functions to assess product priorities, establish a roadmap, and author detailed product requirements.
Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics related to the product.
Working with data team to analyze product behavior data from different perspectives.
Drive product and feature launches and communication with customers and key stakeholders.
Represent the company by visiting customers to gather feedback on Walaplus products and services.
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product internally and externally.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience as product manager 3-6 years including leading other product managers or cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in breaking down complex problems.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Engineering, Design, Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.).
Demonstrated passion for continuous learning in different industries and fields.
Experience collaborating with User Experience Research (UXR) on user studies.
Entrepreneurial drive with a deep passion for product excellence and user satisfaction.
Experience in data analytics, A/B testing, SQL, Tableau or equivalent.
Shipped a product or a feature to a large user base.
Full Time
