Job Description

Plant Maintenance - Electrician


Responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance and repair of various Aggregate Plants and related equipment such as conveyors material handling gates, cylinders (pneumatic and hydraulic), pumps, air compressors, etc. Troubleshoots and replaces defective electrical apparatus, such as switches, relays, motors, and electrical and electronic components of machinery equipment.


Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years of related experience

Mechanical/Electrical aptitude and previous maintenance experience

Knowledge of control circuits, PLCs and 480 volt systemsand 4160 volt systems

Install new electric service

Wire motors

Able to climb 60-70 ft. in the air

Able to lift 50-100 lbs.

Valid Drivers License (CDL Preferred)

Must have own tools


Preferred Requirements:

Previous experience preferred in aggregate / heavy industrial / manufacturing environment

Master Electrician Certification


Split Shift: 10am-8pm / 50-60 hrs per week / 6 days per week
