ZenTech Health is seeking Entry Level Health Care Recruiters to join our growing team. As a member of our team you will work with candidates from sourcing to starting. We offer a great environment to work and ample opportunity for advancement. We offer a flexible schedule and once trained the option to work a hybrid remote schedule.
Job Duties:
- Post Ads
- Resume Database sourcing
- Head Hunting
- Virtual interviewing candidate
- Candidate Presentations direct to client
- Managing candidate process through start.
Compensation:
- $18-21 Depending on experience
- Competitive Commission structure on all Candidate Hires that stick.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Good Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Good computer skills, ability to type 40 WPM
- Any sales background is a plus
- Agency Recruiting background is a plus
