Job Description

Goals & Deliverables :


Acquire partners and nurture them to taste success:

  • Identify under-served, low reach but high potential markets for Gofrugal solutions to appoint channel partners as per the agreed numbers by evaluating their fitment.

  • Work closely with the newly acquired partner, enabling them to learn the product and adhere to the processes. Ensure partners value the benefits of Gofrugal offerings

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders in Gofrugal to create first success and income for partner within 30 days of signing up the partner.


Assure returns by empowering them to earn more:

  • Understand the persona of every partner and help them define their business model based on their capabilities and market opportunities

  • Work with partners closely and co-own weekly, monthly & quarterly plan and drive them to achieve 100% of their plan

  • Make every partner add business in new verticals constantly and help them grow business in a wide spectrum of industries

  • Intense joint work with partners and their team to generate lead, convert them to prospect, give a winning demo and close orders

  • Responsible for 60 lakhs to 1 crore revenue per year from your partner and earn incentives every month

  • Assure every implementation by the partner is aligned with the defined product delivery process

  • Assist partners to grow team size horizontally, aid them to increase business vertically




As a Channel Manager :


  • You need to have a hunter mentality looking for opportunities from offline/online channels to sell and maximize company revenue all the time along with your partner.

  • You have required product knowledge and hands on experience in selling software products and solutions

  • You are expected to have strong negotiation skills and closure of the business deals & increase profitability to GOFRUGAL

  • You need to establish trust in your relationship with your partner and gain respect by providing the right help based on the need and also ensuring the implementation delivers on the promise made during sales by your partner.

  • You will be the go-to person understanding your partner needs, addressing his unhappiness promptly, keeping him happier thus accelerating business.

  • You should have the flexibility to handle different levels and categories of customers

  • You will have to continuously grow the plan size inline with the mutually agreed growth targets for the business. Demonstrate month on month improvement on the plan vs achievement percentage using weekly and monthly MIS reporting and reviews with your manager and the management

  • You capture every engagement 100% in the CRM in-order to help you plan accurately and be a role model to partner

  • You are an individual rock star performer and not a team player.

  • You are not self-motivated, committed and aggressive in setting and achieving targets

  • You feel that ownership of a customer account is over after the sales is done

  • You do not enjoy learning everyday and rather do not like to do any joint work with partners

  • You feel like a victim in every challenge raised by customers or partners

  • You love blaming partners instead of helping them and get the job done

  • You are afraid to raise challenges at work even if it is your senior

  • You feel daily stand ups, weekly reviews and course correction are too much pressure.

  • You just want a 9 to 5 job
