Concession Stress Engineers

We are looking for Concession Stress Engineers with 3-15 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore location.

Key Skills: Concession, Airbus, Fuselage/Pylon, KPI, QMS, aerospace concession project, ISAME Math-cad, SAP, Stress Assessment for Aircraft wing components concessions, skin, stringers, Front/Rear spars, Wing box ribs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for concession project & people management activity of the project.

Review & monitoring the delivery excellence aspects of the project.

Support in Project analysis, manage risk, identify, and influence necessary course corrections, creatively solve problems.

Responsible for Quality & KPI of the project.

Managing customer requirements & proposal support Guide & mentor team members.

Develop development plan for engineers with the help of project management.

Maintain the Project health & progress with respect to project success, Team management (delivery plan, resource plan, initiatives, issues & escalations).

Adhere to QMS, customer concession Methods & Process during the concession delivery.

Effectively manage the project (planning & tracking).

Resource allocation & optimization (people & infrastructure).

Compliance to quality management system.

Concession project lifecycle management (initiation to closer) including project health status to be maintained.

Worked on the Stress Assessment for Aircraft wing components concessions.

An aircraft wing component includes skin, stringers, Front/Rear spars, Wing box ribs, Leading edge assembly and trailing edge assembly.

Understand the standards and working procedures applicable in concessions.

Coordinate with design assessment team for design solution verifications.

Reporting critical technical issues through functional management.

Supporting ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to increase team, Efficiency through methods, process, and other capability improvements.

Having knowledge of Primary and Secondary Structures of Aircraft.

Bachelors/Master s degree in Concession Stress Engineers.

Good Verbal and written English skills.

Motivate the team members and willingness to learn.

Knowledge of stress Justification to justify the design solution as per the customer methods & process.

Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software.

Hands-on experience in handling the aerospace concession project.

Knowledge/work experience on Hand calculation.

Knowledge/work experience on the customer concession Methods & Process

Tool Knowledge of ISAME Math cad and SAP

Having knowledge of Primary and Secondary Structures of Aircraft.
