As a Senior Sales Manager - Benelux, you will target international mid-sized companies and e-commerce merchants in the Benelux region.
You will be responsible for expanding the client base in the Benelux by promoting the benefits of clients offering to prospective clients and their decision-making units.

Requirements

What youll do:

  • You will be responsible for achieving commercial targets by converting inbound leads (MQLs) and outbound leads (SQLs) into new active customers.
  • You will own the entire sales process, from creating leads to closing, including lead generation (sales 2.0), selling activities, and managing the onboarding process.
  • You will have telephone and virtual meetings and liaise with prospective clients to collect and complete the necessary documentation and information required to open accounts (KYC).
  • You will focus on our ideal customer profile segment and target audience and understand our clients business objectives and critical buying criteria.
  • You will engage in marketing operations and campaigns and work closely with cross-functional teams within the company and group to support business development.
  • You will develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of FX products and solutions to match them with our potential customers business environment and needs.
  • You will build your brand as a thought leader at events, online, and to our prospective clients by sharing industry trends and in-depth knowledge of products and solutions.
  • You will make optimal use of CRM tools (SFDC) to store customer data and log activities.

  • You have a proven track record of meeting commercial targets in the B2B market.
  • You have experience in financial services, e-commerce, or international trade.
  • You have the ability and willingness to assume responsibility and work autonomously.
  • You are focused, proactive, engaged, disciplined, responsible, and resourceful in your sales role.
  • You enjoy executing daily sales activities, building a healthy pipeline, and achieving sales targets.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, can connect, and win commitment and buy-in.
  • You have an eye for detail and clearly understand stakeholder interests while putting the customer first.
  • You are fluent in English, with a second additional language (German, Italian, Polish, Dutch).
