Job Description

Are you a Deputy Childrens Home Manager looking to step up in your career?

Are you already a Registered Manager but feel undervalued? Or, perhaps you are looking for a new opportunity?

If you are, then we want you to join our team.

We are looking to employ an inspirational Childrens Home Registered Manager to work in one of our small children s homes based in Taunton, Somerset.

The home will be newly registered so you will have full autonomy recruiting your own team and leading its development. You will also benefit from direct access to the Empower Familys Group outreach team, who are able to help in emergencies covering shortfalls in staffing. Which means less pressure on you and no external agency workers!

The Empower Family Group specialise in providing child focused care and support for children and young people who have complex needs. We endeavour to create a home environment that exceeds the needs of the children and young people, enabling them to express their characters, feel safe and enrich their lives.

Hours are flexible but as the Registered Manager you will be based in the home Monday to Friday, providing the team and young people with the leadership and support required to provide the highest quality of care.

We value all our Childrens Home Managers and reward with performance bonus and thank you bonus linked to ratings up to 1,500pa. On top of all of this we also offer length of service rewards, giving you the opportunity to have more paid holiday, because we appreciate you and know how hard Children s Home Managers work.

If you are looking for a new career defining opportunity to impact on an ambitious and growing organization, which has modern ways of thinking and really listens to their Childrens Homes Managers; alongside being committed to staff retention, development and equality then apply now.
