Starting Salary: 25- 30k + Commission
Job Description
An office based role to join an existing team of Mortgage & Protection Advisers, based in Exeter. You will be responsible for managing your workload and maximizing the potential from your leads. All leads are provided by their in-house marketing team, plus you will have access to their existing client bank. Full admin support is also provided.
The Role
- To join an established company that is continuing to grow and to benefit.
- Excellent earning potential, with all leads provided.
- Full admin support on all sales.
- Back up from an existing Mortgage specialist company that has access to the whole of the market and has built excellent relationships over the past 10 years.
- Early finish on Friday
Skills & Experience Required
- CeMAP Qualified
- CAS Status
- Able to build rapport with people from all backgrounds
- Good management of workload and maximizing the potential from your leads
- A proven track record of working to and achieving targets
- An ability to learn new products and services
- A track record that shows a good understanding of the mortgage market
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Confident Communicator
- Hard-working and the ability to work under pressure
