Mergers and Acquisition

This is a remote position.

An investment company whose core business is to make acquisitions and investments globally to expand their group. They are looking to expand their business by looking for companies in the UK to join them as a capital alliance partner. The principles that form the cornerstone of the business are to provide an honest and professional approach to each opportunity on their own merits and risk. The Client offers innovative solutions, transparency and accountability building strong relationships that are founded on trust with a focus on long term success.

Currently we are looking for an M&A professional in the UK with a successful track record of completing deals within this area. Our client has the intention to acquire & invest in companies in the UK and are looking for a skilled, motivated and experienced individual within the M&A sector to work with them in creating successful opportunities and completing deals.

- Starting position is as an independent contractor for an initial 12-month period

- Monday to Friday with daily working hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (prescribed working hours: 8 hours with 1 hour break.)

- Remuneration will be GBP6,000 to GBP15,000 per month, final amount will be decided through interview, subject to experience and capability.

Requirements

We would like to find someone who has experience in:

- Sourcing and negotiating buy side deals, and able to structure deals with companies (minimum 5 years experience)
