Accounts Assistant job description
Process sales invoices
Assist the Financial Accountant in the month end process
Manage the Sales Order register
Liaise with staff to ensure timesheets are submitted on time
Assist in credit control
Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks.
Assist the Financial Accountant in preparing for Annual Audit
Key skills
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
Analytical thinker and problem solver.
Excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of Accountancy software and Excel
High level of accuracy & attention to detail.
A minimum of 2 years experience
Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
Administrative skills.
