We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our client base for Awfis Care. The ideal candidate will have the dedication to create and apply an effective business development strategy and drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Build and expand new markets across various segments
Negotiate and close deals with formal quotes and proposals
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Align goals for the team and ensure sustained business growth
Requirements
Work experience of more than 10 years as a business development manager or a relevant role with an IPC in facility management, handling corporate, IT/ITES, Developer clients
Proven Business Development track record and experience in after sales customer support
Bachelor or Master s in business administration, sales or relevant field with up-to-date knowledge of the market.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Strong Communication and negotiation skills with an ability to build rapport
Job Requirements: Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks, Time Management & Prospecting skills Must be a goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent worker Strong ability to quickly develop rapport and should be an Active listener Has at least 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
